Who Is Kenn Dowell?
Kenn Dowell is a political strategist, media operator, and civic institution builder with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of Black political power, electoral strategy, and community influence.
He is the Founder and CEO of Strategic Resources Consulting, LLC (SRC), established in 2005 — a firm specializing in electoral strategy, voter mobilization, coalition building, public affairs, and government relations. His campaign work spans local, state, and presidential races, with clients including Congresswoman Marcia Fudge, Congresswoman Shontel Brown, Governor Ted Strickland, and Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish.
He served a decade as Ohio Minority Outreach Consultant for the American Petroleum Institute, building cross-sector relationships between Black communities and major energy policy stakeholders.
He is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Voices for a Better Future PAC — a political action committee focused on Black civic mobilization in Ohio.
Kenn doesn’t just analyze power. He builds it.
